Dynamo Quartz Limited 10-Year Warranty

Effective as of January 1, 2020, this warranty guarantees that permanently installed Dynamo Quartz™ surfaces are free from manufacturing defects. Installations must be completed by an authorized Dynamo Quartz™ Fabricator/Installer and follow all care and maintenance guidelines provided by Dynamo Surfaces.

Coverage and Eligibility

• Valid for 10 years from date of installation.
• Applies only to interior residential countertop installations in original location.
• Original purchaser must have paid in full.
• Service requests must include proof of purchase and installation by an authorized installer.
• Warranty is non-transferable and does not cover labor for removal or installation beyond $250 for basic disconnects.

Exclusions

• Does not cover non-countertop uses, outdoor installations, or moved installations.
• No coverage for color dissatisfaction, gloss differences, seam issues, or thermal damage from hot objects.
• Improper maintenance, harsh chemicals, impacts, and exposure to weather void warranty.
• Normal variations in color, gloss, and pattern are expected and not defects.

Care Expectations

• Use trivets and cutting boards.
• Follow the Dynamo Quartz™ Care & Maintenance Guide.
• Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, and abrasives.

Defect Criteria

• Blemishes larger than a US quarter (25mm) covered if reported within 30 days.
• Foreign particles in slabs (e.g., rubber, metal, wood) also covered if reported promptly.

What’s Not Covered

• Chips from impact, scratches, and stains due to misuse or neglect.
• Color variations and non-directional veining are inherent and not defects.

Filing a Warranty Claim

Contact the original seller or Dynamo Surfaces at [email protected]. Provide proof of purchase and allow inspection access to the installation.

Limitation of Liability

Dynamo’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of defective product. Dynamo will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Warranty repairs do not reset the 10-year coverage period.
