Front Desk Showroom Coordinator

Location: 543 W Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005

Pay: $17 – $22 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Saturday (with one weekday off)

About the Role

Dynamo Surfaces is a growing, woman-owned granite and quartz wholesaler looking for a warm, reliable person to welcome customers to our Arlington Heights showroom. As a front desk coordinator, you’ll help homeowners navigate our selection of luxury slabs and work alongside our sales and warehouse teams to create a smooth, professional experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and guide them through the showroom
• Answer phone calls and take down basic project info
• Support the sales team with simple administrative tasks
• Keep front desk area organized and clean
